IWC Wristwatch - Art Deco 25.5 x 37 mm (including lugs) / 750 and 585 gold / Hand-wound / 1924 / 50 g (weight without movement) / in working order. Barrel-shaped case with a two-tone finish; the bezel features delicate engraved decoration. Silver plated “International Watch Co” dial with gold Breguet numerals and hands, railway-style minute track, and small seconds at six o’clock. Round IWC manual-winding movement with a closed-screw balance and Breguet balance spring. Gold chatons (the chaton for the minute wheel is set with screws). Movement finished with Côtes de Genève, winding wheels with spiral-cut finish. Movement number: 804'335. Hinged case in yellow gold with case sides in white gold. Case number: 873'233. Engraved on the back with “For your hard work / Easter 1929 / from your / grateful parents.” On a braided link bracelet in 14-karat yellow gold. Bracelet length with watch: 16.5 cm. Includes a repair report and invoice from IWC dated 2021 for Fr. 1,674. In a modern IWC watch case with outer box. Dial refreshed. Excellent condition following IWC service in 2021.
