Signed “Vacheron & Constantin Genève.” Case with monogram engraving on the back and a dedication on the inner lid dating from 1903. Ribbed middle case. Case number: 197,204. Gold-plated bridge-and-anchor movement, winding mechanism with wolf’s-tooth gearing, and compensation balance; Movement number 325,724.
