White enamel dial with Arabic numerals, minute track, and small seconds at 6 o’clock, signed “Chronomètre Royal / Vacheron & Constantin Genève.” Pear-shaped gold hands. Gold-plated movement with wolf’s-tooth escapement, large compensation balance, Breguet hairspring, swan-neck fine-adjustment mechanism, and a set and screwed minute wheel chaton. Movement number: 346,395. Case back with sunburst guilloché and an empty cartouche. Case number: 212,128. With a case from Vacheron & Constantin. Enamel dial intact. Watch in impeccable condition.
