Montblanc "Meisterstück Solitaire 1468" Fountain Pen Probably from the 1980s. Model 1468, LeGrand size. 925 sterling silver with a fine longitudinal grooved pattern, hallmarked. Gold-plated clip and rings. 750 bicolor gold nib, nib size M. Cap with screw-on closure. Comes with a Montblanc box and outer carton marked “Made in W.-Germany.” Shows signs of age and wear. The Solitaire models in solid silver with a longitudinal grooved design are among the classic metal variations of the Meisterstück.
