Round “pien-mien” fan China, 19th century. The silk fan leaf is painted with a court scene; the reverse is finely embroidered with a pair of pheasants and flowers. The ivory handle features a tassel. Also included: another fan with a carved ivory handle that complements the embroidered panel well. Set of 2 pieces.
