Made of black cotton fabric, with the rank insignia and naval anchor woven into the fabric. Dark blue enameled metal cherry blossom. The reverse side of the piece is double-layered with white cotton fabric. Cherry blossom fasteners are present. Note slight wear and patina on the piece. Condition I-.
