The fasteners are present. Apparently removed from a jacket. The back of the piece is double-layered with white cotton fabric. Note some wear and patina on the piece, as well as a few stains. Condition II+. Navy sleeve rank insignia. Model introduced in 1942 for Chief Petty Officers. Black cotton fabric with gold embroidery. Yellow enameled metal cherry blossom. Fasteners present.
