Book by Bishop Isidro Carvajal Lancaster. Spanish School. 18th century. Laid paper printed in two columns and bound in parchment. Dimensions: 30 cm x 21 cm x 13 cm. A handwritten or printed copy in Latin, dating from the 18th century, which compiles various letters and treatises by the Bishop of Cuenca, Don Isidro Carvajal Lancaster. The rustic binding, made of natural parchment with visible stitching, is typical of ecclesiastical archival works or doctrinal texts. The interior features classic typography with well-defined columns, generous margins, and old-style pagination. The structure of the text and the use of Latin indicate its canonical or administrative nature, linked to episcopal administration. This work of documentary value illustrates the clerical printed output of 18th-century Spain. Due to its age and history of use, this lot may show signs of wear and previous interventions. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, no specialized technical testing has been performed. The absence of any mention of restorations does not guarantee that none exist.
