TORINO MUSEI FOUNDATION "Movimenta, at the GAM—Civic Gallery of Modern and Contemporary Art" Movimenta is an innovative format developed by CoopCulture in collaboration with Eva Meskhi that transforms art into a physical, perceptual, and relational experience, perfect for corporate team building. Its effectiveness lies in the use of art and physical movement to develop empathy, active listening, and nonverbal communication, transforming participants into a cohesive team through a shared, performative experience. Starting with an “experience pact” based on mutual trust, the body becomes the key tool for exploring space and group dynamics. Through four progressive stages, participants are divided into small teams and guided to transform the inspiration drawn from the artworks into individual and collective gestures, memories, and songs, modulating rhythms and movements in perfect harmony. The experience culminates in a collective, performative presentation accompanied by musical elements, making cultural heritage a powerful catalyst for collaboration. This unique encounter between the team and the collection leaves a vivid and tangible memory, capable of strengthening team spirit and a sense of belonging to the company over time.
