RISI&CO SRL "GLI AIRONI: An Experience in the World of Rice" We begin with a walk through the rice paddies to explore the area—whether in the spring during the flooding and planting phase, or in the summer and fall during the ripening or harvest phase. We’ll then head to our meeting room for a presentation on the world of rice: varieties, a bit of history, cooking techniques, pros and cons, and the properties of rice—in short, a pleasant introduction in a warm and friendly setting. Next up is the Risotto Academy: we’ll cook a risotto together and walk you through each step of the preparation process in detail, followed by a delicious tasting. This activity does not include a tour of the packaging and production areas. The activity can be scheduled on any day, including weekends, subject to availability. The activity lasts 2 to 3 hours.
