Pair of stud earrings in 750°° yellow gold set with brilliant-cut emeralds. The emeralds are set in claws. Clasps marked MECAN ALPA (one to be reassembled). Eagle head hallmark (stems and clasps). Jeweller's hallmark: "GK" on clasps. Stone diameter: 4.1 mm. Total length of stem and head: 11.4 mm. Total weight: 1.51 grams. Small inclusions. Attached is a certificate of authenticity and origin as well as a copy of the purchase invoice from RAMBAUD, formerly WORMS, 7 rue Royale, 75008 PARIS (dated 1982). The certificate mentions an emerald weight of 0.52 cts (from Africa).
