Reverse: “XII MVNITISSIMIS OPPIDIS VNA DIE AD DEDITIONEM COACTIS,” with the exergue: “RESPVBLICA CISALPINA / RESTITVTA.” Hercules stands naked, reaching out to lift the Cisalpine Republic, who is seated on the ground near a withered laurel branch; behind them, winged Victory inscribes on a round shield: HOSTIBVS / PROPE / MARENGVM / FVSIS; in the background, a radiant sun and trophies of arms.
