Obverse: “RÉPUBLIQUE FRANÇAISE.” Head of the Republic facing left, depicted as Ceres, surmounted by a star, wearing a composite crown of wheat ears, flowers, and oak and olive leaves, tied with a ribbon falling down her neck; she wears a headband inscribed with “CONCORDE” and a pearl necklace. Signed: OUDINÉ.
