The cylindrical bodies are embellished with an exquisite composition of blooming irises, rendered in gilding and finely executed polychrome enamel decoration. The bases are mounted with expressive cast gilt-metal appliqués of flowing organic form, characteristic of the Art Nouveau aesthetic, lending the pieces sculptural presence while enhancing their decorative appeal.
