It most likely would have originally suspended a single diamond at its centre, which has since been lost.Scratched Fabergé inventory number on side of pendant. Gold mark and workmaster mark on bale.Small spot of solder to top inside wreath where centre was removed/broke off. One small rose cut diamond in wreath deficient. Some normal surface wear.
