Schwartz OLIVIER SCHWARTZ AN ADVENTURE OF SPIROU AND FANTASIO Dupuis Original illustration for the cover of the press kit The Worlds of Spirou in 2025. Signed. Gouache on paper 35.2 × 50.2 cm (13.86 × 19.76 in.) What more could you ask for? All the main characters from the Spirou universe posing around the new Turbotraction in a dazzling illustration. Olivier Schwartz once again plays on the contrast between vivid colors and an ultra-minimalist background, with the added bonus of a clever touch: the “S” in Spirou is represented by the Marsupilami’s tail. “I started this drawing as a dedication. Then I thought it would be a shame not to improve it. I added the car, other characters, color… And once it was finished, I thought it would make a great back cover.” O.S.
