Floral embroidery, France, circa 1890 Folded fan; the double panel is made of beige silk embroidered with roses in relief. The reverse side is plain. Handwritten inscriptions in pencil on the reverse. Bone frame, re-drilled and engraved with a floral and foliage design. Tassel loop and tassel made of trimmings. (Signs of wear, stains, cracks.)
