LEGO 10224 – Town Hall 2012 48 x 58 x 12.5 cm A clock tower, columned entrance, and working elevator give this 2,733-piece Town Hall—complete with 8 minifigures—the presence of a civic landmark. As part of the Modular Buildings collection, it serves as a formal centerpiece for the surrounding shops and homes. The “1891” on the façade serves a dual purpose: it marks the birth year of LEGO founder Ole Kirk Christiansen, while rearranging the digits to “1981” reveals the birth year of designer Astrid Graabæk. This personal touch adds another layer to the architecture. Discontinued in 2014 after less than three years on the market, the Town Hall set is a compelling addition for collectors tracing the early history of the Modular series. New and sealed. May show minor signs of shelf wear. Box is bowed and creased.
