LEGO 21037 – LEGO House (Billund, Denmark) 2017 Signed by LEGO designer Rok Žgalin Kobe on the LEGO House’s opening day, September 28, 2017, this sealed set links the architectural model directly to the inauguration of the building it commemorates. The signature lends the box special significance as a memento of that moment in LEGO history.Originally released exclusively at the LEGO House in Billund, the model recreates its stacked, brick-like volumes, colorful roof terraces, and outdoor stairways. Its architecture transforms the familiar LEGO brick into a full-scale visitor attraction, then back into a miniature model—a fitting subject for a designer-signed collectible. A small DUPLO polybag provides a companion souvenir from the attraction. Included sets: 21037 LEGO House – Billund, Denmark — 774 pieces (26 x 19 x 9 cm), 40297 LEGO House 6 DUPLO Bricks polybag — 6 pieces (19 x 20 x 2.5 cm). Both items are new and sealed. May show minor signs of shelf wear. The box of 21037 was signed by Rok Žgalin Kobe on opening day.
