Lapras ex #99 Holo, EX Ruby and Sapphire [ITA] 2003 Lapras ex 99/109 (illustrated by Hikaru Koike) is part of the first, historic block of Italian-language ex-holographic cards from 2003. Finding these debut Ultra Rares in Mint condition is a remarkable feat for collectors, due both to the low Italian print runs at the time and to the well-known fragility of the silver foil border, which is extremely prone to scratches, chips, and contact wear. Certified with an excellent 9 Mint by AiGrading and stored in its shock-resistant hard case, this specimen shines exceptionally with two perfect 10 sub-grades on the front edges and front centering (50-50), as well as a solid 9 on the corners, confirming its status as a collector’s gem of the highest historical and aesthetic value.
