Torchic #8, Nintendo Black Star Promos [ITA] 2003 An iconic promotional rarity from the EX era in Italian, this Torchic 008 (illustrated by Atsuko Nishida) depicts the beloved Fire-type starter from Generation III as part of the historic Nintendo Black Star Promo series. Promotional cards from this era, which lack a holographic finish but were distributed in clear booster packs or dedicated promotional packs, often exhibit surface imperfections due to original handling or minor creases. Graded 5 Excellent by AiGrading and protected in a hard, shock-resistant case, this specimen exhibits a distinct structural “condition rarity”: while the surface slightly lowers the final grade (sub-grade 5 on the front and back), the paper itself boasts exceptional edges with a fantastic 9.5 (front and back) and perfect corners rated 9.5 (front and back). A card with unique charm and an authentic history for collectors of vintage variations and promotions from the 2003 era. AiGrading Report: Torchic #8
