Crystal JUG OR DECANTER with silver (950) mount. PARIS, Joseph-Alexandre MARTEL, 1888–1914 (Minerve). The spherical crystal body with a curved handle, engraved with floral scrolls, rests on a silver-rimmed pedestal. The cylindrical neck features a spout trim whose decoration echoes the leafy scrolls on the body. The hinged lid is domed, fluted, and topped with a knob. Oxidation.
