Lauffray Long John Silver. Christophe Charbonnel (2015). Bronze bust of Long John Silver. Limited edition of 8. Height: 22 cm. Mint condition. This work of art stands out for the fascinating artistic collaboration between the author and the artist. It literally brings to life the powerful, sharp features of the pirate imagined by Mathieu Lauffray. The artist’s signature style is evident in the almost scarred surfaces, reminiscent of clay work. This lot is subject to a resale royalty.
