Heim+Viladrich Scratchproof Table Round table with six legs Sculpted aluminum One-of-a-kind piece 2024 H38 D90 cm 20 kg Crafted from a solid sheet and rods, the “Scratchproof Table” is our response to the malleability of aluminum. This material is so versatile that it is ubiquitous in our daily lives; however, as a surface, it remains a soft metal that consequently requires anodizing, polishing, or coating. It is therefore impossible for us to work with this material in its raw form. We discovered that by shaping it, its surface becomes extremely scratch-resistant and capable of withstanding intensive daily use.
