Works. 2 large 8vo volumes bound in full red morocco, spine with raised bands and floral panels dated at the bottom, title labels and volume numbers in burgundy morocco, triple fillet binding—one of which is offset on the covers—double fillet on the edges, interior lace. Binding signed RIVIERE. Paris: Renouard, 1818. With 9 engravings by Moreau and Moreau the Younger, predating their famous collaboration. Frontispiece portrait by Saint Aubin. Copy on large-format paper, untrimmed. VERY BEAUTIFUL MOROCCO LEATHER BINDINGS. Interior in very fresh condition.
