Dimensions: 3 x 25 x 12.5 cm. Mark: On the inside of the lid, inscribed and dated “Wag und Gewicht magt M.Tonis von medtman zu Collen In dem Dall Anno 1617.” Marked on the weighing pans. Description: Large rectangular box with ornamental embossed and incised decoration; on the side, a compartment for an inserted weighing forceps. The drawer contains 40 weights featuring coin images, with the weights labeled in black ink. Under the small sliding lid compartment are four counterweights. The beam scales feature a round and a triangular weighing pan.
