A well-known artist recognized for his commitment to Cubism and color, his paintings are marked by the influence of Pablo Picasso and Georges Braque, within a Cubist style he has made his own. He uses color like Robert Delaunay, but his compositions are characterized by a treatment of space and objects reminiscent of Juan Gris or Fernand Léger.
