VIOLET WOOD CHEST OF DRAWERS with a curvilinear design on the front and sides, featuring five drawers arranged in three rows; the top, made of red Verona marble, rests on tapered, curved legs that end in arched feet. Stamped “Bon Durand” and “JME,” a cabinetmaker who received his master’s certification in 1761. Louis XV period. H.: 88 cm, W.: 131 cm, D.: 68 cm. (Signs of wear and minor imperfections).
