Pair of gilded bronze candlesticks – 19th century An elegant pair of gilded bronze candlesticks, resting on circular, stepped bases. Cylindrical shafts adorned with fine twisted fluting and guilloché patterns, embellished with finely chiseled decorative bands. Circular candle sockets and molded candle holders. French work in the Restoration style, 19th century. Condition: Good overall condition, slight signs of use and oxidation, minor wear to the gilding. Dimensions and weight: H. 22 × W. 10 × D. 10 cm – 1.200 kg (the pair).
