Diamonds: Approx. 99 old-cut and rose-cut diamonds totaling approx. 6.5 ct., H-K/SI-P, and 2 imitation diamonds in brilliant cut, likely set at a later date. Gemstones: 1 oval-faceted amethyst, approx. 9.7 ct., vivid violet with color zoning. Description: Soviet fineness hallmark featuring a hammer and sickle within a five-pointed star, in use from 1958. The pin is stamped with “500.” A pendant eyelet is mounted on the reverse.
