Paradin, Guillaume. *Historiarum Memorabilium ex Genesi* [with] Borluyt, Guillaume. *Historiarum memorabilium ex Exodo*, A beautiful collection of woodcuts from the mid-16th century An imperfect but very charming copy of two richly illustrated works: Guillaume Paradin’s *Historiarum Memorabilium ex Genesi* bound together with Guillaume Borluyt’s *Historiarum Memorabilium ex Exodo*, both printed in Lyon by Jean de Tournes in 1558. The work consists of over 130 woodcut illustrations, among the first attributed to Bernard Salomon, which were reused by the printer in several subsequent editions. Fairfax Murray, in entry no. 429, describes the engravings as executed with great delicacy. A beautiful collection of mid-16th-century woodcuts
