RENAISSANCE-STYLE GLASSWARE SET, LOBMEYR MANUFACTURE, LATE 19TH CENTURY In engraved and partially gilded crystal, comprising a stemmed glass, a tankard, and a stemmed bowl; monogrammed on the reverse; included with this set is a pair of Baroque-style decanters H.: 9.5 to 12.5 cm (3 ¾ to 5 in.) Dimensions (pair of carafes): H.: 23 cm (9 in.) D.: 15 cm (6 in.) (5) A lot of engraved Lobmeyr crystal glassware including one glass, one tankard, and one cup on a stand, late 19th century, together with a pair of Baroque-style jugs CONDITION REPORT: One tiny chip on the rim of the Lobmeyr cup on stand and some minor losses to the gilding on the same piece. Wear and losses to the gilded areas of the two jugs. Provenance: Private collection of the Société Industrielle de Mulhouse for over a century.
