1851 - FS Indian-made dagger. A Type B2 dagger manufactured locally in India, with a fluted brass handle, an unmarked brass guard, and a hammered pommel. The blade has two cutting edges, is unmarked, and is its original length. This type of dagger was manufactured by the Ishapore Arsenal and issued to British and Indian commandos and paratroopers. The sheath specific to this dagger is made of brown leather and features a painted metal tip. The blade guard is also made of metal, in a diamond shape that facilitates inserting the blade.
