A Mk II paratrooper helmet shell with its original rim, featuring a web chinstrap with three attachment points; the shell has been repainted green. Another Mk II helmet shell, also repainted green. According to the seller’s information, these paratrooper helmets come from Mennetou-Salon, where the resistance group was reinforced in September 1944 by French paratroopers from the 4th SAS Battalion.
