"Writers Edition Virginia Woolf" Set, MONTBLANC, 2006. Limited edition of 4,000 sets. Set includes a fountain pen, ballpoint pen, and mechanical pencil. Black precious resin with wavy guilloché and gold-tone metal accents. Clips adorned with a faceted ruby. Fountain pen with an 18-karat (750) gold nib. Includes original case, outer box, and documentation. Accompanied by the volume *Virginia Woolf: Diaries 1925–1930*, still sealed. Unused. This complete set is part of the Writers Edition dedicated by Montblanc to Virginia Woolf in 2006. The design establishes a direct connection to the writer’s work. The wavy guilloché pattern running across the black resin alludes to *The Waves*, published in 1931, while the faceted ruby on the clips adds the main splash of color to the gold finishes. The pen features an 18-karat gold nib engraved with two elm trees, a motif conceived as a biographical reference to Virginia Woolf. The Writers Edition, launched by Montblanc in 1992, is dedicated to great figures of literature and is one of the manufacturer’s most sought-after historical collections among collectors.
