Pair of three-light candelabra in finely chased and gilded bronze. The light arms are joined in an antique-style fluted vase whose side handles are held by an Atlantean putto with white marble bases. A race of laurel garlands runs around the scrolls of the light arms. The ensemble is topped by a fire pot concealing a fourth spigot. The ensemble rests on a white marble pedestal with a central projection, adorned with garlands of flowers and a gilded bronze and gadrooned doucine. Eclectic style, Napoleon III period. Height: 49.3 cm. Width 20.2 cm. Depth 12.2 cm. Minor chips to the marble pedestal. One light arm slightly twisted. Wear to the gilding, notably on the putti busts. 3 garland mounting screws missing.
