CHAMPAGNE EUGÈNE BARBIER - c. 1900 “Dress Rehearsal!” Signed “TAMAGNO” Rare original lithographed advertising poster in its original molded wooden frame. 54 x 34 cm. “La lithographie Parisienne - Paris” Good condition— retains good original colors with well-defined tones despite normal sun exposure and some loss of luster on the surface. The illustration remains perfectly preserved in its central subject, offering a clear and pleasing view. A piece weathered by time, presenting a respectable overall state of preservation. Company founded in Reims in 1890. The design features a female clown in costume opening a bottle of champagne, whose cork causes a taut circle of paper—held in the upper right corner by another clown—to burst. The Art Nouveau-style design features three bottles of the Reims brand and a star-shaped ball, all highlighted at the bottom by the phrase “Répétition Générale” (a circus theme). Marne/Grand-Est
