The colors are well preserved and display a soft, original satin patina. There are scattered traces of oxidation, small localized color chips, and a minor deformation in the upper part, none of which affect the legibility of the image. - A sound and authentic specimen - 3, allées Léon Gambetta, Marseille. A stylized depiction of a doctor administering the miracle cure to an engine. The poster artist R. Dion is known for his posters for The Rapid, Lorenzy-Palanca, and others… In the 1920s and 1930s, castor oil was widely used in automobile and aircraft engines due to its excellent lubricating and antioxidant properties, strong adhesion, and remarkable resistance to high temperatures.
