Dohány Street 7’ (Wintermantel & Szombathy/Factory for gold, silver and jewellery/Budapest, VII. Dohány Street 7), bronze with a brown patina, depicting an eagle with wings spread wide, holding a flag in its talons, on a tall, multi-part marble plinth, which has minor losses, H 50 cm. Artist information: Hungarian sculptor (1882-1946), active in Berlin and Budapest, created figurative sculptures and depictions of animals, known for his works in the Art Nouveau and Art Deco styles.
