Rosenthal “Pamina” from the “Magic Flute” figurine collection, designed by Bjørn Wiinblad in 1979, signed in gold and dated 1997, green stamp mark with the addition ‘studio-linie’ after 1961, embossed model number 1261, naturalistic modelling, partly glazed and with subtle gold decoration, on an irregular plinth featuring sculpted water lilies: a young woman in a long backless dress, wearing a shawl draped over her outstretched arms as she leans backwards; a character from Mozart’s opera “The Magic Flute”, in good condition, H 21.5 cm.
