Meissen coffee service with vine leaf decoration and gold for twelve people, 38 pieces, underglaze blue sword marks from the Pfeiffer period 1924-1934, first-grade quality, embossed and brush numbers, Empire style with animal-head spout, swan-neck handle on the pot and bell-shaped cups with volute handles, ‘Full green vine wreath’ decoration in fine camaieu underglaze painting as well as a wide gold rim and gilded inner rims, comprising a centrepiece, six place settings, a cake plate and a tall vase; the mirror-glaze on the saucers is in places very slightly worn; otherwise in good condition for its age with the occasional tiny manufacturing flaw; H jug 25.5 cm, H cup (complete) 9.5 cm each, D plate 18 cm each, H vase 24.5 cm.
