Attributed to Franz Ringer, beer mug Designed around 1910 for Villeroy & Boch, embossed mark ‘V & B Mettlach’, model number 2935, lettering completely worn away, cream-coloured fine stoneware, white glazed on the inside, scored and matt-painted on the outside, decorated with stylised hop leaves and barley, pewter mount, minimal glaze run on the inside, normal signs of age on the outside, H 19 cm.
