Rosenthal jam tin ‘Donatello/Plum’ Designed by Hans Günther Reinstein and Philipp Rosenthal in 1904, decorative design by Julius-Vilhelm Guldbrandsen, 1909; green stamp mark circa 1910; lidded jar with cylindrical, rounded sides, a bevelled handle and a recess for a spoon; relief decoration depicting a plum branch with blue fruits in the pâte sur pâte technique and pastel-toned underglaze painting; the rim of the lid has minor manufacturing flaws and the base ring is slightly chipped; otherwise in good condition for its age, H 11 cm.
