1432 - French parachutist liner. Made of high-pressure composite materials, manufactured by Firestone. Full canvas head lining. Full leather sweatband. Neck strap present. Leather chin strap is very dry. Name “CD” marked on the side of the liner. A few visible cracks along the edges. 80% of the khaki paint remains. An insignia depicting a parachute and a star is painted in white on the front. Note: The item shows some wear and patina. Condition II+. French paratrooper helmet liner made of high-pressure composite material, manufactured by Firestone, with a complete web suspension, leather sweatband, and nape strap. The leather chinstrap is very dry. Initials “CD” are marked on the side; there are several cracks along the edges, and approximately 80% of the khaki paint remains. A parachute and star are painted in white on the front. Some wear and patina. Condition II+.
