1353 - French Militia cap. Made of black cloth. Full Cabihou style. Beautiful silver filigree insignia on a black cloth background, depicting the Militia’s Gamma symbol. Double-lined interior in white cotton fabric. Size 57. Manufacturer’s stamp: Michaut Clermont-Ferrand. Dated April 2, 1943. Henri Michaud was the official master tailor of the French Militia. This is therefore a regulation item. An extremely rare piece. Note: the item shows slight wear and patina. Condition I.
