1294 - 1935 Legion Kepi. 1935 model kepi, manufactured by the Societe Chapeliere in Paris in size 56, stamped by the uniform maker Faucheux, with a leather visor bearing inspection stamps. Made of midnight blue cloth, with the Legion’s grenade emblem on the back sewn in madder-red cloth; small rear chin strap in fine black leather fastened by two restored Legion buttons. Included is a white canvas kepi cover and a neck flap with three hooks bearing the Perret stamp from Lyon. 1935 Foreign Legion kepi, size 56, made by the Société Chapelière in Paris with Faucheux costume stamps. Midnight blue cloth, later Legion grenade and chinstrap, leather peak. Includes a white kepi cover and a neck flap stamped “Perret, Lyon.”
