Volleyball: Hervé MAZZON French national team jersey No. 3 worn during the 1990 World Cup in Brazil, held October 18–28, 1990, in Curitiba and Brasília, against Russia, Japan, Venezuela, Argentina, and the Netherlands. Adidas brand. Size L. Made in France. Certificate of Authenticity (COA) available upon request. The FIVB changed the rules for international competitions and required national teams to have three different jersey colors and visible numbers on the sleeves. This is therefore the first red jersey for the French national team, which traditionally played in blue or white. Provenance: Personal collection of Hervé Mazzon, the French national team player with the most caps, at 417.
