Steiff elephant ride-on toy on wheels with seesaw 1960s, marked with a button in the ear, wooden frame with stamped logo and number 9850, light grey mohair plush and felt, firmly stuffed with wood wool, with button eyes, tusks, intact pull-string mechanism and metal handle, standing on connecting rails with rubber-tyred metal disc wheels and mounted on a wooden frame so it can be removed and used as a rocking toy, in a condition appropriate to its age and showing signs of use, decorative parts missing, trunk and tusk slightly pitted and metal partially showing surface rust, dimensions 53 x 63 x 27 cm, length of runners 114 cm.
