A DWM Artillery Luger, 1917, with holster and shoulder stock Caliber 9mm Luger, No. 7934b; serial number matches all parts, including the firing pin. Polished barrel, length 190 mm. Eight-round capacity. Imperial proof marks. Sliding sight scaled 1–8; the front sight is still laterally adjustable. The slide head is marked “1917”; the DWM logo is on the front hinge. Various Imperial inspection marks. Original bluing on the muzzle and edges is minimally worn. Hardly any signs of use. Operating parts yellow-tempered, somewhat mottled. Small parts blued. Dark walnut grip panels with fine fish-scale grain, matching numbers, hardly any pressure marks. Nickel-plated folding magazine with wooden base; the number is barely legible (“1xx9”). The original brown leather case has no manufacturer’s mark; the fastening strap on the base is torn; the leather on the tabs is somewhat brittle; the pull strap has been replaced with a canvas strap. Included are the original cleaning rod and tools. The walnut butt plate with detachable feature, different number (“580”) on the ferrule, undamaged.
