An A. Francotte percussion revolver, Adams system, 1856, Liège Caliber .33 (black powder), No. 16926, octagonal barrel, length approx. 4.6". Five-shot capacity. Trigger cocking lever. Rigby ball setter. Marked "A. Francotte A Liege" on the frame bridge and barrel, "Adams' Patent 1856" on the left side of the frame, and serial number "16926" on the right side. Floral-engraved frame and barrel with original blue-black bluing, showing slight signs of wear. Hammer polished white. One-piece, finely checkered walnut grip.
